Top Rated Reasonably Priced Headphones You Can Buy

Finding the best headphones using a limited budget for your use is often rather challenging. This runs specifically true, in case you are attempting to find affordable and also well-made headphones. If your budget is around 50 dollars, the danger that you will acquire weak headphones is higher than if you had a budget of $100. A large number of economical headphones are manufactured in China, and as you almost certainly know, Chinese products are not always very good. Even some of the well-known manufacturers including Sony, Koss, or Sennheiser produce cheap headphones that leave a lot to be desired when it comes to the sound quality. Let's take a peek at three cheap headphones under 50 that give great sound quality.

Koss PortaPro

I am sure virtually all readers already heard about the famous Koss PortaPro headphones. Being one of the most popular headphones ever made, the Koss PortaPro were introduced in 1984. With the unusual design, they are likely to catch the eyes of the passerbys. People either adore it or hate it. The sound quality is fairly good; maybe a bit too bassy for my taste. The headphones provide great sound for the money you pay, but do not expect the sound quality to be mind-blowing. Fitted with a collapsible headband, the PortaPro headphones provide a great deal of portability. The headphones also ship with nice carrying case. These headphones can often be ordered for a low price of $35.

Sennheiser PX-100

The second model I want to introduce is the Sennheiser PX-100. Most of the times, these Sennheiser headphones cost well over 50 dollars, but if you are lucky, you can find these headphones on sale. However, these Sennheiser over-ear headphones are so good that they will be definitely worth the extra cash. The sound of the PX-100s is not as bass heavy as the sound of the PortaPros, and personally I think it is a plus. Similarly to the PortaPro, the PX-100s offer very good portability, because they're easily foldable. They also come with a plastic carrying case.

Sony MDR-XB40EX

Finally, we're going to get away from the category of over-ear headphones and take a quick look at low-cost earbuds. I would really like you to take a look at the Sony MDR-XB40EX earbuds. You can usually obtain them for as low as 40 dollars. The sound quality is fantastic, although it may be a bit too heavy on the bass for some people. I am a person who does not enjoy too bassy sound, but I really liked the bass of these nice little earbuds. When it comes to comfort, I did not encounter any problem with these earbuds. They even come with three differently sized buds one could use. I would also like to praise the tangle-free cable (standard cords hate me). The earbuds ship with a carrying case; just like the two other headphones mentioned today. You can read an indepth review of the Sony MBR-XB40EX HERE.

In my view, if you are going to get one of these headphones, you are not likely to be dissatisfied. On the other hand, you will need to try them prior to deciding to purchase them, if you you wish to be absolutely sure. Unfortunately, they will probably not permit you to try the Sony ear buds, because it would not be very hygienical.
